Warranty Information

Instrument payment must be made in full before an instrument is delivered. Payments can be made over time in a series of installments, determined by the time frame within which you want your instrument. If you would like to purchase an instrument as a gift for someone else or purchase a gift card to offset the cost for a friend I can help work that out as well. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

I guarantee all guitars from Zamar Instruments to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is given to the original owner and is non-transferable.

Limitations to Warranty

1. Unauthorized modifications or alterations made after the guitar leaves Zamar Instruments.

2. Damage caused by excessive heat, cold, humidity or dryness.

3. Damage from incompatible chemicals, solvents, liquids, etc.

4. Damage from accidents or misuse.

5. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to dents, scratches, and natural shrinking of the finish.

The owner may be responsible be shipping and insurance fees to and from Zamar Instruments. Repairs will be limited to materials and parts that are available at the time of repair, to be as closely matched to the original as possible, at the discretion of Zamar Instruments. This is the only warranty for instruments and guitars made by Zamar Instruments. No other oral, written, express or implied warranty will apply.
